"The biggest hardship that I am faced with is lack of oxen.
The piece of land that I have is small but atleast good enough to sustain my household.
However, I am not in position to maximumly utilise it because I don't have oxen that would support in opening up fields.
Some times I have tried using a how but this does not help that much.
Food shortage has always been the result.
This is caused by late cultivation just for cases where I am able to hire.
Oxen can only be released after the owners are done with their work(cultivation)."

"Lack of enough land for crop cultivation is my biggest challenge. My father gave me my share of an acre of land but it is not enough. I produced five children at home and they need to study and settle down when they are grown up. However, the land I own currently is not enough for all of them."

"The biggest hardship that I am faced with is inadequacy of farm land acompaned by lack of oxen. The piece of land that I have is too small to support the need.
In my situation, I can not cultivate as would wish to because of limitations of space.
This in most cases has resulted into low harvest and definately food shortage.
Currently, I don't have food.
What I do is casual labour atleast to provide food for children.

"The biggest hardship that I am faced with is lack of land for cultivation.
My dad gave me a very small portion of his land that only accommodates a home compound.
If I have to cultivate then I have to hire land.
This is very expensive for me considering my standard of living.
Some times when I fail to raise money for hire, I have no option but to leave.
Casual labour is what saves me most of the time because I can work and earn some money that supports my family.
Food shortage is very common I my household but I have nothing to do about it.
I have no money that I would otherwise use to buy land.
I am just in a mix of poverty.
