"The biggest difference in my daily life is the poultry project that I bought. I started the chicken keeping using the money. I then provided them with eggs to hatch. I have about 40 chics and ten hens. They are going to multiply and earn me a daily income. I hope to continue to keep the birds and grow as a poultry farmer."

"My additional goal in the next four months is to continue saving my next transfer so that when I will receive my next collection I would spend to expand my poultry farming. I saw a great opportunity in poultry farming after I started rearing a few chickens which gives me a good profit through the sale of eggs. I am now thinking of expanding this venture buy adding more chicken so that I would rip more profit which would enable me to cater my family needs with less struggle."

"I have did not have a stable source of income before the transfers. I used to rely on income from casual work which was not only inconsistent but also paying very little. I could not meet most of my needs well and in time because of my income. Since I was not well educated to get a good job, I thought of starting up a business but again I did not have the resources to start the business. This is why I used my transfers to start a poultry project. I know when I will have enough eggs and the number of chicken has increased, I will start selling them which will raise me enough money to start another stable business. I am using the poultry project as a stepping stone. Through the project, I am sure I will have the business I have been dreaming of."

"I expect my life to have improved because I will have enough fodder for my livestock. nappier grass will be an alternative to the maize stalks that I have been going around my village buying and hauling them to my farm. I think that I will reduce the prevalence of pest and disease to crops, animals, and chickens that would have been brought to my farm with the stalks from other farms. I will also have to reduce the cost of production hence I will have more income. I will not have to be buying feeds for my cow anymore."

"My life is now different because I managed to buy livestock such as goats and chicken. These have been the well thoughtful assets that I can depend on just in case of any financial crisis. Currently some of the goats have started reproducing which is making me hopeful. When the offsprings multiply and mature enough, I will start a business of selling them and then I will be saving the money and start some other projects. In addition to that, I will be able to send all my children to school because currently most of them are still young. I believe by the time they will be joining the school I will have enough that I have saved and i will not struggle in paying their fees and meeting their daily needs as well."
