"Life will change six months from today because first of all, I will no longer be getting cash transfers from the organization which will leave me in a tricky situation with the school fees budgets. I have also been supporting one of my young brother who is also at his junior secondary school, so with all these financial burdens hanging on my neck, I think life will take a downward trajectory." "Having bought the sewing machine and buying some materials has really made my life to be so easy. Previously I used to have the tailoring business but the problem was, I used to go hire the sewing machine. It was not that easy because the little profit I was getting, I had to share with the owner of the machine. Secondly, it was the only business I was depending on. I am now a happy tailor because I have my own machine and also I am selling the new stock of the materials that I bought. This will double my income because the two business is doing so fine. I can now meet my family's basic needs without straining much." (Occupation: Motorcycle or bicycle taxi)

Since poultry grows and breeds fast, I believe that after six months I'll have more poultry which I'm planning to sell in order to raise money for purchasing a cow. I'll ensure I put the required measures to ensure that I don't lose my poultry again." (Occupation: Motorcycle or bicycle taxi)

"The biggest difference in my daily life is that, the bodaboda business we began with our motorcycle supports the well being of the family for example when there's anything we lack the business provides. Secondly, this money helped me acquire a new mattress and I gave my children the old one enabling them enjoy their sleep without bedsoars. Lastly I live a more peaceful life now that I was able to pay all my debts setting me free from my creditors who had lost trust in me to the extent of naming me a bad debtor."

"I am going through several hardships ,one of them being the school fees burden. However the biggest hardship I have is a problem with my spine. In 2008 I was involved in a motorcycle accident which left me with serious injuries and the motorcycle rider dead. This accident left me with a spine problem which I often go for check up and treatment. This has been costly to me and moreso a worry to me.This has also limited my working ability since I cannot do very physical jobs."
