How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The goals i had before receiving this transfer have not changed after i received these funds from GD. I had a house that i had began using my own finances however i was not able to finish the house due to problems with money. This GiveDirectly programe has helped me to be able to finish this house and i can happily say i will soon be living in my house.

My recent transfer was used in improvement of my house. I kept and saved the other amount so that i buy other materials to finish the house

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money will help me overcome alot of challenges I have been facing in my household, mainly in terms of food and housing firstly I plan on buying more materials for my fishing business which will insure I have enough income when the program is done, I also plan on on fixing my house by installing ironsheets, doors and windows be cause I have been staying in a very small house that is always affected by rains but this time around with the transfer I will be able to install ironsheets before the rain starts
What is the happiest part of your day?
My business has been the main support for my family and this brings me joy knowing that I can still e able to provide for my family with the little I can get from my business
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
With the ever changing environment my business as a fisherman has been affected in so many ways back then I was able to bring enough food and income but with the ever increasing and change in the environment business is not as it was previously, I barely catch enough fish to sell case of the rules and regulations set up now
