What did you spend your second transfer on?
I lent 1,000,000Ugx of my second transfer in exchange for a garden, bought a bycle at 110,000Ugx, and I have kept 550,000Ugx for future use.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion Give Directly has done well to give me cash and Give Directly has not done any thing bad.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Give Directly has abled me to get a garden that am going to cultivate and bycile which has easied tranport for myself, this transfer has brought a great difference in my life because I didn't have where to cultivate and tranport was also costly, I couldn't have got all these items without Give Directly's tranfer.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer for buying a bed, matress, bedsheets and clothes. I also got land on mortgage at 400,000ugx, i have put aside 800,000ugx which i intend to use for buying cows for marrying my wife in the future.

The moment i received the money on my phone i felt very happy i fell on bed and thanked God for the blessing

The biggest difference in my daily life is that i have been able to buy cows that will enable me marry my wife in the near by future.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i have faced is lack of money to own livestock.I have been desiring for long to own livestock but this has not always been possible since I do not have a stable source of income.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Afternoon time is my happiest moment.This is my resting time after doing garden work.It is usually the time, I get paid for the casual labour that I offer.This is my happiest moment because this money helps me buy basic needs like food ,clothing
What does receiving this money mean to you?
As a young man, receiving this money means starting up a family.I intend to buy livestock to cater for my traditional marriage.This will therefore mean receiving a new member (wife) to start up a happy family and raise up children.
