Yes I had plans to renovate my parents house and start my agriculture farm but I never had money to get my plans to action, but with my transfer I just don't have plans alone but I have money to Carry on my plans

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Boimah, before GD came, I planned to renovate my house but could not be realized due to lock of funding. I'm burning and selling coal but this could not raise the money for the renovation. I was enrolled as a recipient on the GD program and received my first transfer. With the first transfer that I received, I started the renovation.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Firstly, I want to take this time to say a very big thanks to Give Directly for services rendered us during the entire enrollment process. You did a great and excellent job.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I was able to buy few bundles of zinc for house renovation, paid people to cut the Sticks for the building,. I was also able to buy food for the children. Thanks to the entire Give Directly family for the transfer that will enable me to renovate my house.

Yes, I have new goal that I didn't have before receiving the transfer.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Give directly doing everything well. My life has improved since I started receiving transfer. Give directly promised to give me certain amount every month to change my life and has been given to me on time and everything process surrounding this is transparent.

I spent the transfer on my agriculture activities and bought zinc to build my house.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
When I received the money, I began to rejoice in my heart because I was not expecting such an amount of money to be for me. Indeed, I was excited
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I lived on garden and cassava farm in this village to survive. Even due to hardship, I was not able to renovate my house. But today through Givedirect, my house is expected to be new business I am buying all of the materials to fix it

What does receiving this money mean to you?
According to the recipient he will try to build himself a building, because where he is living is owned by his mother. He also said he will do some investment in Agriculture or farming. He also said he will used portion of his money to do electricity.
What is the happiest part of your day?
According to the recipient he has not encountered any situation that made him happy. He said from the beginning of this year things has really been difficult for him. He said the only thing that is making him happy is for GD staff to interview him. He said he is very excited for the interview.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
According to the recipient Boimah Browne, he is finding it difficult to improved his agriculture site due to lack of tools. He also said he want to learn electricity bit no support. He also said that getting food on a daily basis is difficult for him.
