How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Firstly I want to thanks to givedirectly for their support to was my family and me. I am so happy that I was enrolled on this program. Before then life has been so hard on me in that to even get food for my family used to be very difficult for me, my children and I living in my brother house. And it's just one room house. I am farmer, I used to brush people framed the whole day just to get money to feed my children. Now I am so happy that my life has changed for the better. With the help from givedirectly I am now building a three rooms house with one shop. And my children are all health and in school now.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion givedirectly did very well in my life and that of my village. Givedirectly was able to enrolled almost the entire village. With the help from givedirectly I was able to start my owned building project. There are so many New houses with in my village that I am proud of today. There is nothing that givedirectly has done well.

Some years when we make farm and it doesn't yield, we find it very difficult to have food to eat. My children don't have clothes to wear. We have been living in my brother's house for the past four years. Four of my children children are not in school due to financial difficulties. I want to build my house. However, with this great financial assistance given me by GiveDirectly,I am going to build my own house, took treatment for my illness and improved my life.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
If I am successful to receive support from Givedirectly, I will use the cash transfer to build my house. Where I am sleeping currently is very seriously.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Since the past 6 months, I haven't gotten any form of joy. It has given me more broken heart then ever. Since the dead of my uncle, who used to somehow care for me, it has created a complete vaccum in my life, he used to help me with money and other support.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Currently, my major challenge is building my house, sending my children to school and empowering myself.
