Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
In the next four months, I have a goal of using the transfers in paying for my training fees. My reason for registering for the training was because of the transfers and is where I want to use my next transfers until I am done with the training.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily basis since I started receiving these transfers is that I have a new iron-roofed house. In the past, before the transfers, I used to live in a grass-thatched house with a leaking roof. This was very embarrassing for me especially when I had visitors in my house. The little items I had too were getting destroyed when it was raining. It was very stressful, especially during the rainy season. This is why I used my transfers to buy building materials such as iron sheets and nails which I have used in putting up a new iron-roofed house. I am glad GD took away my main problem and I now live in peace because of GDS transfers.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
My life will be different in the next six months in that I will have finished the tailoring course and started my own business. After clearing the training fees, I plan to start a small savings account where I will be saving my transfers so that I can buy my own sewing machine. When I will have bought my machine, then I will be able to start my own tailoring business. I know through the business, I will get a regular income which will be able to sustain my needs in the future long after the transfers are over. I would not want to go back to casual work as it was the case before the transfers.

I opted to attend a tailoring course and equip myself with the skills required for one to become successful in this field. It has not been easy but then through God's mercy, I will be able to complete the course successfully. My plan is to become self-employed in the future and assist my spouse in taking care of the family's financial budgets.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
Life will change once I start getting a steady flow of income because for one I will not have to rely on my husband for financial assistance every now and then like I have been doing in the past. The good thing about this job is that I will be able to offer financial support to my husband which of course will be a positive gain for the family.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is different from how it would have been four months is in that I was able to buy building materials such as cement and sand which I used to plaster my house. I had desired to plaster my house but since I did not have any source of income, I was not able to plaster the house. My husband's income was not much to afford all our family needs. This is why when I had these transfers, I used it to buy cement and sand bit by bit and when I had the amount needed, I used them to plaster the house. I also paid masons who plastered the house with my transfers.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
Four months ago, I had no plans with my life because I thought the transfers I receive monthly were too little to set up anything worthwhile or even a business. After seeking advice from a friend who owns a tailoring shop, I decided to enrol for a tailoring course where I would use the transfers to pay the required fees in instalments then later set up my own business. I am now halfway through the course and I already feel good about being able to have my own business one day and being financially stable, all thanks to GD.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
I am planning to use my next few tranfers to buy livestock such as goats and chicken as an investment that I can later sell. I am currently taking a tailoring course which I will complete before the end of this year. My ultimate goal is to have my own tailoring shop and set up a business of my own, but I know it is quite costly to set up such business and that is why I want to invest my transfers in livestock so that whenever I am ready, I will sell them to get the money for the equipment required.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
I do not have any source of income meaning that I have to totally rely on my husband financially. This makes it very hard for me to acquire my own personal needs because my husband is also overwhelmed by the burden of providing for our daily needs. GD transfers have made it really easy for me to get these requirements and given me the opportunity to support my husband in taking care of the daily household needs.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I will have completed my tailoring course in the next six months, and I hope that I will have opened my own tailoring shop where I can earn my own money. Having my own source of income will be such a great thing to my husband and to my entire family because we will be sharing the family expenses which will greatly reduce the strain my husband is currently facing.
