How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
From the beginning of the program, my goal was to send my daughter to school and I have achieved that goal through the help of GiveDirectly transfer; my new goal is to build my own house because I am currently living in my brother's house and my children need a place to call their own in the future.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly does well by being kind and patient with us since the program started, they are also fair and reliable with the processes in the program, I don't have anything to say wrong about GiveDirectly programs, they have done everything well.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I have new goals that I want to accomplish. I want to build my own house because the house that I am living in right now belongs to my brother. I also want to buy a motorcycle for my husband to do business with it in order to raise more money for the family. Apart from the two I also want my own business as well to help my husband with the family expenses.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly is doing everything well. I love the way they are helping us in this town unconditionally. I also love their manner of approach whenever they are here to work. For me, I don't have any problem with GiveDirectly; everything is going well for now.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I have not used any of my second transfer yet because I want to add more money to it so that I can buy some materials to start building my dream house. For now, I am still busy doing some bush work to raise more money that will help me to complete my house project.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
"If I receive transfer, I will send my daughter to school in other to avoid any future embarrassment, and the remaining ones I will do business with it, because if I just take the money and put it into food, clothes, and other material things they will not provide me any profit, but the business will be able to provide me profit that I can use to support my family."
What is the happiest part of your day?
"In the last 6 months nothing had brought me happiness, reason being, I haven't been well in my body, and you know once the body isn't healthy it will be very difficult to experience happiness. My sickness is like off and on, and had made me to miss some events that supposed to make me happy; when my friends are going for those events, like feast, I always stay back due to my sickness."
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
"As I speak now I have health challenge, I'm sick with asthma, and sometimes experience stomach pain; and another challenge I do experience is the process of getting food for I and my family, in the sense that, to brush the bushes and collect the sticks to burn it for fire coal isn't an easy thing to do. We will have to make the fire coal and look for buyers, whatever we get from the fire coal selling we use it to support our family."
