How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
We engaged in a lot of farming where we harvested around six bags of beans on one acre of piece of land. The land had been idle for quite a long time before being used and I believe it is one of the reasons why we were able to get a good number of bags.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
We normally ex[erience a lot of water shortages in this area which makes life difficult. My dream is to have the water piped all the way to our house so that we no longer have to be experiencing such difficulties in accessing water.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
I have a house of my own which I had longed to own for such a long time from the past yet I could not have it due to lack of finances. I believe that if the cash transfers were not introduced to our village, then building the house would have been an impossible thing for me.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect to live a different life because right now I am in search of a job particularly driving jobs. I have been jobless for some time now but I think its time to change the narrative and become employed as a full-time driver.
