How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
With the coming of this money I bought electricity in to my home and I now have electricity. I also bought land which I would have never managed on my own

In my opinion everything went well and there is nothing that I would advise GiveDirectly to do differently

I used the money to buy land for my child as i did not have any land that my child would use when her time to build came. I also bought a bicycle so that my movement becomes easy when I want to travel to the boma.

I felt relieved the moment I saw the Airtel money alert. I knew all my housing roof problems is gone permanently.

My house has been leaking for over 5 years now and there was nothing I could do about it. Ever since GD came into this village, I knew all my roofing problems will come to end. At the moment, I was able to buy roofing material such as timbers, iron sheets and nails. Although rain season have started, I couldn't help it but to roof my house immediately. I am now able to spent the night with peace and comfort.
