How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Yes i have new goals that i didn't have before receiving the transfer, for example with my first transfer i bought adequate food for I and my family,I rented a farm which I'm currently farming, i bought matress and utensils which i couldn't have afforded without the intervention of this amazing organisation. With my recent transfer(second) i have secured house building materials such as ironsheet, bricks and cement,i foresees the future as incredible with these big achievement and the credit goes to GiveDirectly.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Everything that GiveDirectly does really went well especially enrolling each and every household in our village.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I have used my recent transfer to buy house building materials like ironsheet, doors, door frames and food,I'm really grateful for this opportunity and awesome experience so far.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I am happy and excited to get enrolled in the program because I have never received this huge sum of money in my life before, I take it as a God given gift and I thank Give Directly alot for this money
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am happy during lunch time because it is the time I eat with my grand children, once we are sure that we will eat on that particular lunch time of that day I am happy
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I do not have adequate food for my grandchildren, whose parents left me with, some of them passed out, some of them went out of the country to search for greener pastures, for me to source money for basic needs of these grandchildren it is not easy, I have to sell some of my bags of maize, the second challenge here is my house, we sleep with so much fears more especially during rainy season, once I receive the cash,I will build a new house in which I will be staying in comfortably.
