Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was so happy the moment i received the money because it meant i will sleep on a comfortable mattress and no longer with a torn blanket but a new one. I was also so relieved as i had only a half bag of food remaining
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that i am now having comfortable sleep on a mattress with a new blanket and eating 3 times a day unlike before when i slept on a mere mat with a torn blanket and ate less to conserve food.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I used the money to buy mattress, 2 blankets, 5 bags of maize and paid a loan which i had used to buy food which was going to an end

I do not have a proper house due to poverty as a result it badly leaks during heavy rains making living in it very uncomfortable
