What did you spend your second transfer on?
My second transfer was spent to buy two cows and pay college fees for my children.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly has done well giving people money directly into their hands to enable them acquire items that support their livelihood, like livestock, household items like mattresses, clothes. I don't see anything it hasn't done well.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Life is different than it would have been because feeding and dressing has greatly improved, and I can afford medical treatment. Before, life was difficult in that I couldn't afford a better diet, meet medical cost when children get sick, children used to half naked which was embarrassing when I receive visitors.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I have paid school fees for my children @1000000 ugx and the remaining 700000 ugx i'm going to buy a cow.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I remained so calm when i realized that i have received the money, I did not want to lose control of myself.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The heart is so happy because i couldn't be believe i could hold this kind of money in large amounts. My living standards have also improved.

The biggest hardship I face is how to raise money for my children studying in secondary schools.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of the day is evening while Iam done with work . I sit relaxing with my family members.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
This transfers I will use for paying school fees. I have three children studying at secondary and getting money to pay their fees is so difficult.
