How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Right now things have changed most of the things we never had I now have. I have goats and a small rice business outside my house that helps in providing food everyday.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I was very happy and I cannot even explain how happy I am with the help. There is no process that I fell was unnecessary everything is in its place
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I used the money to buy 15 bags of cement to plaster my house as well as build a veranda as my house did not a veranda. I also want to build a toilet as i do not have a proper toilet for my home. I have also put aside some money for my business which i want to start. It is an agricultural business. I bought fertilizers. I bought 3 blankets and clothes as well.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
We did not have money to meet our needs like putting cement in our house, building a boy's quarter and buying food so we were very happy for the money

Through GD we have been rescued from hunger in my house there was hunger but after receiving this money we are happy

What does receiving this money mean to you?
It means helping us to sustain our household by completing our house ie buying cement,,I would like to build a new kitchen and purchase farming eiqupments e.g fertilizers...

Insufficient Food for the whole household since we fail to buy enough materials needed for farming..We fail to purchase fertilizers,,seeds,,new hoes since they are so expensive..
