the moment i received the money i was very happy knowing that i will have a good house and i will solve other family problems.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I used to sleep on a mat with worn out beddings and sleeping on a mat is not easy. when i received the money i bought mattress and beddings and now am having a comfortable sleep.

when i received the transfer i bought iron sheets because i stay in a grass thatched house and am planning to build a house with the second transfer. the remaining amount was used to buy mattress, beddings, food and other basic needs.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
it means that as if now I have hope that when the rains come I will have all that I need for the planting season such as fertilizer and also some help. this am sure will provide me with food as I can harvest better .
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am happiest in the evenings as this is the time that I have figures out my day .
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I have mainly worried about food. being a grand parent I have grand children to feed so if I do not have food it's a hardship for me
