How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My main goal is to build my house and send my children to school. I also want to sell so that I can be able to sustain my family. Am happy that Give Directly help in improving my life.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I am grateful to Give Directly for coming into my life. I was very poor couldn't afford money to build a house. I have been staying in family house for a long time. Through Give Directly, am able to own a house and eat a good food on a daily basis. My life has change things is working for me.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
With the transfer I received from Give Directly, I was able to buy some clothes for my children. I also used part of the money to buy food and other provisions. The balance money is in saving to pay people to do my work.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Before receiving payment from GiveDirectly, subsistence farmer had been my way of livelihood. Presently, my husband and I are two aged people, with no other financial help coming from anywhere. For this reason, we've been living in a very old thatched house. However, since I started receiving payment from GiveDirectly, I decided to used all my transfer and built a new house. For this reason I have not developed any new goal order than seeing my desired accomplished. Now with my recent transfer I am planning on using a portion to buy the remaining one bundle of zinc. The balance money will be use to pay the contractors. With so much excitement, I say many thanks to GiveDirectly for restoring our hopes and dreams.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Firstly, I will appreciate GiveDirectly for this great financial opportunity brought to us the needy. I blessed the day they came our way. GiveDirectly has done so well that we can't imagine. Every sacrifices and efforts used in reaching out to poor will never go unnoticed. In my opinion, GiveDirectly has not done anything that is not well.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My husband and I long been thinking about building a house for the so purpose of our six living children, because presently the house in question we live in is own by my brother in law and the place is very small for all the family members.When I firstly received the money I begin to celebrate all in and out side past of the house because this was my first time receiving this amount of money in cash in my life. Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was on my rice farm brushing to make a new farm when I received my first transfer. I was so very happy until I never knew what to do. I have been doing farm work for long time and I have never receive such amount of money from my farm produce. I have been suffering for a long time. My children have been out of school, no money to send them back to school. I have also been wanting to build a house but I could not afford to achieve this goal because I had no money. Right now, I am so glad that all my plans about me and my family will come to reality.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I was suffering. I never had the financial support to educate my children. I never also had financial strength to also build a new house but now the biggest difference in my life is that I am going to send my children to school and build a house for my family and I. I have planned to invest into business and built a house. I am living in my husband's family house and I want to build a house for my family and I and also send my children to school for a better future. What does receiving this money mean to you?
When I received the cash transfer I want to build a structure because almost every month I have to change the taches over my house if not the room my family and I are sleeping in can be mix up with water due to rain fall.
What is the happiest part of your day?
What brought joy in my life in the pass six months was the news of GD coming into our village because every time you people pass in our town and we here the new in our surrounding villages we can be waiting too to see if we're next in your list until you people came.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The major challenge I am facing right now is that I do not have money to sent my children to school and it worry me a lot because I their mother did not go to school at all, for this reason I want to send my children to school so they be educated to take care of me in my own age.
