I spent my first transfer on 1 bag of dry corn for consumption since we did not have enough food stock, hire of a tractor to prepare our 1-acre piece of land in preparation for planting, as well as buying more groceries for my retail kiosk business.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment when I received my money I felt unusual happiness, it was too much until I had to call my husband who was away at the time, and who came back home soonest so we could spend the money together, thank you.

My husband's ailment has proved the biggest hardship to the family. It is all misery and sorrow in our hearts.

Evenings are my happiest moment of the day because my family gets together on the table after work.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
I see myself expanding the retail shop that I currently own. I am going to add stock volume to sustain the market that I serve. This will enhance the family livelihood base. My children school fees will also be paid from the transfer thus improving the household literacy capacity.
