How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different from how it would have been had I not received the transfer. We have enough food for my family and we live more more comfortable.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, how the whole plan went was fantastic. everyone was treated fairly unlike other organization. I also liked the education security of our money. I dont see anything that wasn't done.

The biggest difference in my life right now is that I am more peaceful and with joy since I know my children would not be chased from school for school fees arrears. I am also happy that we have enough food for my family.

When I received the transfer, I was doing some laundry. I had to stop and celebrate about the transfer that I received. I was so excited about it!
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I used the transfer that I received to buy furniture for my house. I also bought enough pesticides for my farm and did some tilling in my land. I also paid and cleared all school fees arrears for my children. I used the remaining to buy food ad other household items including children's clothes.

Receiving this money means alot to me. I will use the money to start a small business as well as buy dairy cattle in my farm
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning. This is the time we thank God for the good health as a family and we pray for more strenght as we tackle the day's activities.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i have faced in my life is the struggle we have gone through with my husband in order to pay my dowery. My parents have been hard on my husband since it is taking a long time for him to complete paying the dowery. My special regards goes to Give Directly since we will use part of the money we get in order to complete paying the debt.
