How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I do not have a new goal. I left my money in the phone to wait for the other transfers and start my house project.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedirectly is doing very well by giving me money to help myself. They have brought happiness to my community and we are grateful for that. I haven't seen what they don't do well.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I've planned with my family to buy four bundles of zinc and some bags of cement. I do not know how many bags of cement I will buy yet, I am waiting for the masonry guy to do the estimate. I will also use some of the money to pay people to get me planks for the house, to mold blocks, and to do the rest of the building work.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was attending my nephew's burial when I got the good news about the money from Give Directly. My children tuition was dued but I didn't know how to raise the money. What does receiving this money mean to you?
" When I get this money the first thing I will do is that I will send my 3 children to school. Though I have big big children, but I have 3 that are still need to go to school".
What is the happiest part of your day?
" Nothing has make me happy since that time besides death and sickness. This news about this money so far is the best news I have ever heard for now.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
" My problems are many, but the first of all is sending my children to school. My husband is very old and sickly. He's doing nothing to help send them to school. When my children can go to school, I will really be happy".
