How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Since i got enrolled in this programme i have been able to eat enough which has not been the case in the past. All thanks to Givedirectly
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
As far as am concerned GiveDirectly works very well. I was very pleased when i found out you enroll by yourself in your programmes. Most organisations use third parties which leads to a few people rec3iving what was meant to be given to them. Givedirectly does a better job at making sure the right people are enrolled
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
When i got my second transfer i bought bricks and bags of cement to use to build a fence in my home. I already have a good house but i was looking forward to build a fence so that i have a little privacy as i do my things. I also bought vags of maiz to add to the ones i already had. Due to this years infriendly rains we did not really harvest alot of maize so this money helped me top up on what i already had

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I know that i will have food now which i could have struggled greatly to find on my own. I am very happy and greatful.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
When I recieved the money i bought 2 goats because i have always wanted to own livestock but i could not afford to buy any on my own. I went on and bought 8 bags of maize for food in my home because i did harvest as much maize as i thought i would since the rains stopped early. I am spending the remaining money on a fence around my house. I have bought bricks and paid the builders to start building the fence.
