How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
A beautiful home is all i have ever wanted i had bricks and the land but no money to build it. GiveDirectly gave me the empowerment so that i can build a nice big house with iron sheets

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I am very excited to be in this program because I will use this money to finish a house that I am building. I have been struggling to find funds for my house project. I am very glad that GiveDirectly is here and I will be able to complete my project.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am mostly happy during eid. I am happy during this time because I believe that it is special for me to fast for 30 days. I believe that fulfilling the commandments of the Quran.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
To be honest I do not meet any major challenges in my life. As you can see I have a shop which helps me a lot to earn money that I use to support my family. To say that I have any challenges would be a lie.
