What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on buying iron sheets,and bricks to start building a house in my plot which i bought with my lampsum1. I also bought doors for my family since there was a dry spell in the area and people had no food.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer in that with this money i have bought a plot of land and even began on the construction. Soon I will stop renting. All these would have not been achievable without the transfers because I had no job or source of income.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion Give Directly does well to give money without chaos and favouritism. All the people who qualified for the money got it.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on buying a bicycle to easy my work. Secondly rent more land for farming rice, cassava and beans. Thirdly i also want to buy beddings for myself and my children.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of my small business which has enabled me to take care of my children and all the basic needs.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in my life is the father to my children abandoning us and not supporting me at all especially school fees.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening having finished having supper with my children.
