How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I have a goal, though it is not new and it is to buy a land in the City of Cestos to build a house. This goal seems to be one of the best for me. Imagine everytime that I have to go to Monrovia to visit my children and other family members, getting back to my village is a difficult journey. It cause me five hours of walking from Cestos to Kpoewhea's Town. So most time i sleep with friends. I am tire of sleeping at friends houses. It has always been my dream to buy a land in Cestos. To have my own land and to own a house. Receiving this transfer makes me feel very happy that my long awaited goal can now come true.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I say a very big thank you to the family of GiveDirectly for the money received so far. With all these good things that GiveDirectly has done for me and my family, where is the bad thing that i can speak of. I do not know about things that GiveDirectly has not done well. This organisation is doing so many good for us. Because those things that i could not do on my own, i am now able to do them. GiveDirectly has empower me enough to provide the basic needs for my family. I am too happy and out of words.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I will spend my second transfer on buying a land in Cestos city. Because it is something that I have been praying for in my entire life. I am so very happy for GiveDirectly coming my way to enable me achieve this goal. I have tried for too long to achieve this but all my efforts proved futile. The burdens of my family have not allow me to realize the dream of buying a land in Cestos city. Now this money received from GiveDirectly will definitely fulfil my plan of owning a land in Cestos city.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
My daughter as we speak today my plan before this money is to build a very big and decent house in the capital city of River cess. Many times when I leave my village and travel to cestos city I have to sleep wth relatives and sometimes friends and that has been playing on me for years now. How can a grown up man like me only have a house in my village. I try hard in looking for money for the kind of house I really want to built. Making farm is not just enough to raised the money but I can't give up. So today I think my dream or my plans will surely come true. Because as soon this money land in my hand I will go right away to Buchanan and purchase building Materials to start up with the plan. After the completion of the house there will be no more stopping with relatives when I visit Cestos city. Now I will have a house in the capital city of River cess.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I been hearing about happy things and been getting good news around me and from my children. But your coming her today to clear up the rumours and making me to be a part of your program, is just a happy news for me. I can't believe that money I did not work for some one wants to give it free to me, then I have a reason to be happy. Finally my house I want to build in cestos will come to pass.I will now be called a house owner. That is a wonderful thing. Seeing Give Directly here in my village with the distance I am so over joy.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Currently I am greatly faced with how to build my house, and you and I know if you don't have money you can't build a house. So I will say to you money is the hold on to my success. My grandfather use to say, money solved all problems and this for sure I now believe it. The land is already there only money I am waiting for and money is my challenge. If I had the kind of money others have then long time what we talking is a different story but I know one day this will come to pass and it is already here from your visit here today.
