How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I am Momo Tarweh from Dagweh town, Bomi county Liberia. When I started receiving cash transfer from Givedirectly, I decided to renovate my house, and continue payment of my Kids school fees.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Givedirectly is a honest organization that been committed in following up to ensure I obtain cash transfer. I admire this organization so much and know that their aim is helping the needed. I am grateful to Givedirectly for helping me renovate my house and payment of my kids school fees for this academic year. I was living in a damaged house and didn't have money to renovate until Givedirectly came to this village and I became a beneficiary of the cash transfer. Today my house is renovated and my kids are in school due to the cash received from Givedirectly. I am thankful to Givedirectly and those who contributed in helping me move forward.

I want to buy a zinc to build my own house and I also want to buy matress for my room.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I was sitting in this village not doing anything for living. But after receiving this money from give directly people, I started paying my children school fees, buying zinc to build my own house, starting a new business and even trying to roof my house is a great thing that give directly people have done for me. My life has changed since give directly people started sending me this money. Notting bad give directly people have done to me.

I paid my children school fees, start my own business, buy zinc to build my house and I also want a new roof on my house.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
When I saw the money in my phone, I was feeling happy, because such a money, I have not received it before since I was born
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
Before then, I was used to stream myself to make cassava farm to survive and now I am not able again to farm, because I have small money from Givedirect for me to be eating.

The first money that I received was used for my children school fees and portion was used for one solar panel for current to my house

What does receiving this money mean to you?
According to the recipient his two children are not in school because of tuitions, therefore he will pay all his children requirements if he is eligible to get the cash from GiveDirectly program. He also said that his wife Hawa Tarweh has been out of business for the past five years, therefore portion of the cash will be used for her to start a business according to the recipient Momoh Tarweh.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The recipient said he has not experienced any situation that has made him happy. According to him for the past six months nothing is working positively on his life.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
According to the recipient he is not working, therefore he find it difficult to feed his family. He also said that they depend on farming for survival.
