How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The last transfer that I just received from give directly I'm about to complete my building projects. I furthermore bought all of my house's materials and even paid my children's tuition.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion give directly did great things for me and my family. In addition, the people of my village live to have changed greatly. we are very grateful to give directly.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
A huge amount of my transfer was spent on my children and my house. I also pay the gentleman who is building my house. I have been living in an old house that doesn't have zinc over it.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The new plan that I have now are to complete my house. I also paid my children's tuition for this year. I also bought some building materials, for the completion of my house. I also paid the gentlemen that are going to build my new house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedirectly is doing a great job for me and my family. with this transfer, I'm about to build a very decent building in my village. givedirectly is one NGO that I give credit to in their work.

A huge of my transfer will be used for my building projects. some will be used for my children's tuition and also I bought some provisions for the house. with this transfer, my plans are about to be full.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was cooking and taking care of my young baby when I received my mobile money alert. I was excited because my husband is not working and myself can't work hard for now because I am a new baby mother. Receiving this transfer is a complete change in my family life.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference now is stress free, handling my own money that I never generated from my farm.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
With this transfer, i was able to buy two bundles of Zinc with part of the money and save the balance money. I have never owning a house since in my town. I been living in my family house with my husband and children. But now with GiveDirectly transfer, i have started buying my new house materials. Thanks for the money.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
" I am living in my perents house with my family and my family is getting large. So when I receive this transfer, I will build my house and start small business. By selling, I will be able to help my husband. My husband is a motorcyclist and that is our only source of income"
What is the happiest part of your day?
Nothing made me happy for the past months because my brother died and after 2 months my sister also died. So far the only thing that brought joy was when i heard that GiveDirectly was in the County helping people.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I problem now is money, becuase I want to build my own house and move out. This house belongs to my mother, I cannot continue to live in here with my family.
