How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
These are plans I had, which were to build my own house. When I received my transferred from Give Directly I bought four bundles of roofing sheets and a cartoon of nails. Also, I bought planks and i am awaiting my last transferred to start the building project.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion Give Directly is doing well in helping the poor people through direct Cash transfer approach and with this,more people will be lifted from hardship.

I spent my most recent transfer to purchased four bundles of roofing sheets,Planks and nails,which Will be used for roofing my new house.

I currently cant think anything Givedirectly doesn't do well. I think Givedirectly does money transfer well in a way that they make sure the money reaches the righful owner.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I went on my farm and upon my returned in the evening as usual, I decided to take a walk to a courage area to speak to some family members. At that point I noticed a message bearing my Givedirectly transfer. Upon seeing the money, I had a big smile and called my wife immediately. She came and hearing the good news she join me to dance. We were so happy.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
Before receiving this money, life was so diificult. I had to go to the swamp to cut palm thatch to roof my house. I never loved doing it. GIVEDIRECTLY has solved my problem and I am now preparing for the raining season. Life is getting because of the help Givedirectly render me.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
"l have eleven (11) children, all whom are currently schooling. Paying their fees had been very challenging. Upon receiving this cash transfer, I will definitely send my children back to school. Secondly I will use some of the money to pay workers to brush big portions of land and engage into farming to sustain the family. "
What is the happiest part of your day?
"My sister send me money few months ago which brought me so much happiness because at that time my household was seriously challenged in terms making ants meat. Getting food with that money was the happiest moment of my life."
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
"The challenges I'm facing right now is transporting our crops to the market .we are unable to sell our crops in the market because we don't have money to transport our crops. No crops agents come in our village to buy. Most of our crops get destroyed. "
