How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I have been satisfied with my peasant life in a little mud hut all along not thinking about improving anything because I didn't have the means but with this transfer, I now desire to move out of this hut and build a decent house for me and my family.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly in my opinion is doing well by changing lives and making a lasting impact in our communities. In addition, the manner in which their staff carry themselves, it is an example of a good institution and I must applaud them for that. I can't lay my hand on anything they don't do well if you may ask me.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
In preparation for my house project, I've recently bought zinc and nails, made arrangements for saw men to supply me with wood for the roof.
