How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Presently I am living in a thatch house. My family and I suffered rainy season due to the leakages. When I received my transfer, I decided to purchase zinc and build a new house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedirectly has done well by helping us financially inorder to improve our lives.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I bought seven gallons of gas, engine oil and pay someone to saw planks for me.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Mine own goal is to build a new house with zinc roof. Thanks to Give Directly for the assistance given us to start a new life.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GD gives unconditional cash to the needed to improve their lives, but do not accept any forms of gifts from us.

I bought one bundle of zinc and three packs of nails. Saved some of the cash

What does receiving this money mean to you?
"The thoughts we have had over time is to build our own house for our children and other people who will want to visit us. Living in mud house with palm thatches at times make us feel some how especially when it's rainy season. "
What is the happiest part of your day?
"As for us over the times and momths, seeing day light and walking to go make farm really make me happy. "
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
"Our major challenge has been money business. We don't have money to even get food for the family or but cloths."
