I hope to accomplish a lot of things . Top on the list is to complete renovation of my house by March this year . I had already completed renovating the walls using the first transfer but the roof is not yet . This will require a sum of $100 . I intend to borrow this money from our merry go round group then pay in instalments . Since my husband is a skilled mason , I will not spend on labour . I hope God will open a way for all these .

You can now see the projects , we have built good houses , bought cattle , paid school fees for our children among other things . Just continue helping people where ever you go , God will reward you . I didn't see nor hear anything wrong , that you did hence my wish is that you continue doing good to others too .

I'm a small scale business lady , where by I sell fish and charcoal . My husband is a mason but on casual basis . We both assist each other to fend for our families . On the other hand I practice cattle keeping but on small scale . I spend $180 on 1 cow and $30 on 1 goat . I opted to invest in cattle since they will multiply in future and be beneficial to my family . I have 5 children and 4 of them are in primary school . They had school fees arrears totalling to $120 which I cleared using part of this transfer. My children have been using the traditional beddings which are as good as sleeping on the floor , I spent $100 on a modern new bed and $60 on a mattress , now my children always look forward to having a good rest every night ! While washing my family's clothes at around 4 pm, I received a message on my phone. Since my helper who is my husband was near, I handed the phone to him to see what kind of a message it was as I continued washing. He stood up and approached me with a smile and I involuntarily smiled back. He informed me that the message was from GiveDirectly and they had sent me the first transfer of KES 55000.00. My heart was filled with happiness for receiving the money because I was desperately in need of money to renovate my house.

The biggest difference that I can attest to towards the transfer is that it enabled me to fix a door to my house which had stayed for two years without.
