I was just existed as am too old to dance
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I am so excited that am now sleeping in iron roofed house. I was sleeping in very leaked house that I could not sleep if it rains during the night. Furthermore I am able to eat three times a day. With the coming in of the iron sheets, I will be able to stock more food without worrying

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I'm very happy to be receiving this money because it will greatly change my life. I plan on using this money to maintain my house. During the rainy seasons my family suffers because we don't have proper roofing and experience leakages in the house so I will use this money to buy iron sheets and we will be more at ease.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am happiest whenever I can afford atleast 2 meals a day; lunch and supper as I am under heavy starvation
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I've faced in my life is hunger as I did not harvest enough food last growing season due to drought
