How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has changed since I recieved the money. I never thought that I would have a decent looking house which I know by the end of this year I shall. And I am quite confident that I will harvest greatly as I had fertilizers.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, there is nothing that GiveDirectly as an organisation did not do well. And the whole process of not involving leaders in the process is very good because then everyone had an equal chance

When I recieved the money i bought 20 iron sheets for the roof of the house that i plan on building once the rains are finished.
I also bought a mattress because I did not have any good place to sleep. I have saved the remaing money that I have as i will use that to pay for labour of the house I plan on building.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means a new house with iron sheets for us. Our house is grass thatched and small. We will use the funda from GD to build a bigger house and fertilizer

I am so happy when my family and i have enough food
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship we face is shortage of food. We have a large land but can not afford to buy fertilizer to produce alot of produce. The land also some times floods with water when heavy rains come leading to us having less food in our home
