What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent most of my third transfer to pay bribe to secure a job for my spouse. The remaining amount, I spent the remaining amount, to buy iron sheets and other household goods.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that, my spouse now has a job and also we will be able to build a house soon, all this would not have been possible without the transfers
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GiveDirectly gives money not inform of loans which stresses a recipient to repay back. I have not seen anythignt that GD did not do well.

I spent my second transfer on buying building materials, a wooden bed and other little house items.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that my family is now able to dress smartly and I only have good things that I could only imagine but wasn't able to have.

The moment I received my money I felt very joyful because I know this is a grant that I do not need to repay, and which has never happened in my life.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I would like to use the transfer on building a house for my family because we don't own one.l will also use the transfer on starting a business.l will buy a bale of second hand clothes and sell in Ahero. This will boost my family income.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My biggest achievement is that,through our poultry keeping project,l was able to buy two sheep from the poultry sales.I feel happy when grazing the sheep in the evening.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship in my life is making ends meet.The income from my husband's casual jobs is not enough to sustain our family needs.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of my day is i n the morning after finishing house chores .l like relaxing, chatting with my mother in law.
