Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference is that I feel peaceful after paying the school fees. I also acquired chairs and mattresses which I could not afford within a very short period of time. Previously, I had worries and stress on how to pay school fees.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was asleep when the money was sent. However, when I checked the phone the next day, I was very excited when I read the cash transfer message. I was happy because it was the first time that I had held such a huge amount of money.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent the first cash transfer to pay school fees worth UGX 200000. I spent UGX 1000000 to restock a retail shop and I bought two metalic doors worth UGX 200000. I also bought two piglets worth UGX 100000. I bought two mattresses worth UGX 140000 and the balance was spent on food.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I will be able to educate my children. An educated person has a better future and that is what I wish for my children.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning especially when every one in my household has woken up very fine. I go to do my garden work with alot of relief.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I am facing in my life is raising school fees for my children. I do not have any serious productive work that allows me to earn. We also sold most of our land so as to educate the children which has affected food production in the household.
