What did you spend your third transfer on?
Initially, I lived in a semi-permanent house-with walls smeared with clay and cow dung. It was full of dust and this could make us suffer from dust related diseases till I received my third transfer and constructed a better house-a 40 iron-sheet house where I currently live more comfortably.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received transfers from Give Directly in that currently, I live more comfortably. I don't need to be worried of the possibility of suffering from dust anymore. My house is just marvelous!
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my own opinion, I was pleased the fact that Give Directly promised us unconditional money and we eventually got it but I feel that monitoring and evaluation part missed out in the program. No one came back to document our success.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second cash transfer on buying building material and building a house because my previous house leaked a lot and the mud walls needed constant repairs. This was so stressful and expensive.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I'm stress free. I have built a big house and I don't have to worry about being rained on or constant repair of my mud walls anymore.
