What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I will be able to purchase household items like bedding and utensils in order to improve on my living conditions. Currently, I do not have enough mattresses, bedsheets, soucepans and plates. I will also start up a small business that will be my source of daily income. The income earned will be able to support pay school fees and pay medical bills for my household members.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is after lunch. It's the only free time I have to relux while satisfied. I plan better when I have eaten than when I have not eaten. Children too come around and make fun, which puts lots of smiles on my face.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I face is lack of a valid source of income that could support meet family needs. I occassionaly pay my children's school fees in time. Much of it, I earn through farming which at times I not reliable which makes me to borrow a loan with high interest hence I live in the vicious cycle of borrowing. I am not able to save any money to cater for emergencies because of too many demands.
