I have had a goal prior to receiving transfers from GiveDirectly and that goal has been to build a zinc house. Now that I have this transfer, I am going to use it to achieve my goal. I used my first payment to buy zinc and nails and portion of my second transfer will be used to pay a builder who will build my house and the balance will be used to buy planks.

GiveDirectly does well by going to every household in my community to determine whether they are eligible to be enrolled into the program. Just by doing that it helps in making sure that no household that is eligible is left out of the program. In my mind, I think GiveDirectly is doing excellent in its workings.

Portion of my most recent transfer will be used to pay a builder who will build my house. I am going to use the balance to buy planks for the roof, door and window frames, and doors. I thank God for GiveDirectly coming to my way because my thinking has been where to get the finance to achieve my goal.

I used my most recent transfer to buy three bundles of zinc and six gallons of gas. I will give the gas to the power saw owner who going to saw woods for the new house I am building. My household is greatful to GiveDirectly for having me to be qualified for this program. This is an opportunity that I have never thought of and it is right at my door. I am going to make a maximum use of it to better the living conditions of my household.
