What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third on starting a business of mobile money transfer ''Mpesa''. I am glad some GiveDirectly beneficiaries managed to transact in my agent shop. The little remaining, I spent on buying food stuffs for my household. I am grateful as I am able to pay my son's school fees in college from the profits I make.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent the larger part of my second transfer on buying two oxen 38,000 KES .I also bought two bags of maize 8000 KES for my family's consumption and other household expenditure too 3800 KES.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest differences in my daily life that I can mention are I now have my own livestock especially two oxen which assist me to cultivate my farm on time hence I no longer practice labor exchange which has always been time consuming in most cases.My household also has adequate meals to feed on thus I am not worried of them missing any meals nowadays.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to pay 5000 KES, school fees for my son in secondary school. I also bought a sheep at 2000 KES that will act as my security maybe help me in school fees payment. I also bought food using the remaining amount. I am so happy.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received the transfer,I was so happy. I went on my knees and thanked God for it. I could not believe it.

The happiest part of my day is when I am resting in the evening.

I have planned to buy some sheep's and get some food stuff supply for my house.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is that I have taken most of my children to school,despite the low employment rate in Kenya.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship was being operated three times to remove some growth and I have not fully recovered.
