How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I plan to build my house and I also plan to pay my children school fees.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Give directly did well for me by sending me this transfer. It was last year when my husband died. I could not afford money to send my children to school due to the situation. But, after receiving this transfer from give directly, I was able to paid my children school fees and improving my life by building my own house.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I bought Zinc and cement to start the building process and I have also paid my children school fees.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I planned to buy two bundles of zinc, pay people to cut sticks for my house project and provide food for my workers.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedrectly is a trustworthy organization. They are always checking on me to find out if I receive cash transfer. They are committed to sending the money on time according to schedule. Through the money I been receiving from Givedrectly, I have started buying Materials to build my own house. Thanks to Givedrectly for such a wonderful help. I am not aware of anything that Givedrectly has not done well in my village.

Upon receiving and cashing out my third cash transfer, I bought two bundles of zinc, pay people to cut sticks and provided food for those that help me cut sticks to start building my house.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Yes I have new goals; I want to build my house because the house that I am living in is not okay. I also want to make my cassava farm big to have a great harvest this year.

I love the way GiveDirectly people can talk to me when they come here. I like making my own decisions that is why I love GiveDirectly because they give me the opportunity to make my own decisions on how to spend my money. I don't have any bad thing to say about GiveDirectly right now but to appreciate them.

I was so happy and felt very good because I was worried to how I will paymy kids school fees at the same time to renovate my house since the death of my husband last 3 months. I was so happy and immediately called my son to come over from my sister's place to get his school fees

What does receiving this money mean to you?
According the recipient of she is successful she will used the money to recondition her house. She also said that her children tuitions will be paid with portion of her transfer.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The recipient said she is always greatful for the birth of life,bit since the death of her husband last month she is always in tears.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
According to the recipient she doesn't have any one helping her with the children since the death of her husband. She find it difficult to feed her children according to her. She also said school is about to open she doesn't have money to pay the children tuitions.
