What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent most of third transfer to restock my small scale shop which is my main source of income, I spent some amount to pay school fees for my child who is in high school. The remaining amount, I have kept aside to use in enrolling my child in high next year.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
If I would not have received the transfer, I would not have enrolled my child in high school and also I would not have manged to pay school fees for two year. I would not also be owning my own business which has really changed my life. Thank you GD for the transfers and may you continue to help more people like me.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly did well in sending us transfers directly hence there was no corruption involved. GiveDirectly should pay field visits to recipients after all the three transfers to see if it is true they spent the money like they always say and wisely.
