How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Completing my dream house, because i have been wondering where i would get money to complete my house, am now hopeful that very soon i will be owning a home, a freedom from tenancy.

GD did well to give me money to complete the house i had started on and i had failed to complete.
