How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that I am improved life than before. I used to hire bulls to plough and it was expensive but now I don't.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, givedirectly has done well by uplifting me with the money that they have given me. However, givedirectly has done nothing bad.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on purchasing another bull for ploughing at ugx 980000. I then hired three gardens at ugx 300000. This will help me to expand in cultivation since we have less land as an extended family. I also bought an ox plough at ugx 230000. This will help me to cultivate on large scale. Hence being able to sustain my family. I bought a goat at ugx 65000. I then reserved the balance for my family upkeep.
