How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is much better because I have acquired 2 bulls, 3 turkeys and 5 ducks which I'm rearing for supporting my children in future like paying school fees. In addition I'm also building a permanent house which I thought of building. Prior to these transfers, I could not provide most of the basic needs for children because I never owned anything.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly has done well buy giving me unconditional cash transfer for building a permanent house and acquiring livestock. GiveDirectly has not done anything wrong .
What did you spend your second transfer on?
Paid labour, bought a bull, turkeys and ducks, saved, bought food and clothing.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I have been in position to acquire an ox that is going to ease my farming. Furthermore, I have bought iron sheets and cement that I am going to use for constructing an iron roofed house. Previously, I didn't have enough money to purchase building materials and a cow much as I needed.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I recieved my money, I was over whelmed by joy because it came at a time when I had just given birth, so I knew that I would be able to feed well.

I spent my first transfer to purchase an ox, a goat, hens, clothes and food. In addition, I bought 20 pieces of iron sheets and 4 bags of cement that is going to be use for constructing an iron roofed house.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means that I will build iron-roofed house. My grass thatched house is so small ,congested and has cracks on the wall. This puts my family members at risk incase the wall falls on them. Givedirectly transfers is modest opportunity for me to save the life of my family members and property by building a better comfortable house.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is afternoon especially after lunch. This is a time my neighbour's children start playing after getting satisfied and I admire their games. It has always played a big role in relieving my mind.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I face is lack of farm land. My household mainly depends on Agriciculture as a source of income, however the little land I own can not support farming. This has affected the out puts from farming thus I can not afford to provide basic needs like food, good health and housing for my family.
