What did you spend your second transfer on?
I have spent my second transfer on buying a cow at 450,000ugx that will be giving my family and I milk, I managed to get back my garden land at 800,000ugx that I had hired out, I then repaired my motorcycle hence, helping me to have a daily income to support my family.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GD has done well because it has helped me to solve most of my financial needs such as clearing my debts, having my bike back on the road, among others. To me, GD has done nothing wrongly.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
If I had never recieved the transfer, I now would not be in position to help my family with financial needs such as clearing my debts, getting my bike repaired, getting my family and I a cow that will be giving my family good diet. Hence, a difference on my life.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on buying fifteen bags of cement that I used to plaster and cement my house, Paid and got back my garden land that I had leased while taking my children back to school, I also got back my motorbike that I had hired out to get money to treat my child. I also bought some household items and lastly paid up most of the debts.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I recieved my money, I felt very happy that I had to awaken my wife to share the good news.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I now have less problems and limited debts. This has given me a great peace of mind unlike before when I didn't even know what's coming next .

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i face is little land to cultivate inorder to get enough food for the family consumption. This is making my family struggle alot to get what to eat in aday.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of the day is morning hours after garden work. I chat interesting stories with my children and wife and this makes me smile.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I will used for building ironroofed house to sleep.This shall make me rent out the one am now sleeping to generate money for feeding my family.
