How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My new goal is to build up my market. I want to locate to a more ideal evironment that is business friendly because business is not going here in the village too well.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedirectly is good at giving money to poor people to help them change their lives. No, I dont see anything Givedirectly is doing well. Everything they are doing for us is going well and we are happy.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I didn't think of building a zinc house prior to receiving this transfer but now I think I too deserve some comfort and I'm working on it. I want to have my own house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly does well by putting smile on our faces, giving us reasons to be happy and comfortable. What they don't do well, honestly I don't know.

I have paid for land in Fishtown and bought some zinc in preparation for the house. I intend to use the remaining and all future transfers to make sure my house is completed.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I felt so happy when I received money from GiveDirectly. I was happy because I wanted to expand my business but I never had enough money. I operate a small provision shop that I really wanted to expand, In oder for it to serve everyone in our village. With Give Directly financial assistance I was able to complete the elevation of my newly constructed shop and complete all furniture work.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I am Sunday Bannie. I am a disable but no matter my condition I still feel that there is life out there. For now I am doing small business that is keeping me moving on strong. People feel when you are disable nothing good can come out of you. I started my plans since last year to build a house and add my market up, if I am bless to get this money I will build my house and the rest will be use for business.
What is the happiest part of your day?
All days are just happy for me. When I first got my wheel chair I was also happy. Today I am happy because I am blessed with this visit. This news is forever remember.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I will say money. For my condition I am not working or farming to say I will get money quickly but family members who saw the need,helped me with a little cash to start up a small business and today I am doing my little saving. Getting money is my greatest challenge I am facing. I sell small small things to survive.
