How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is currently different from how it would have been since I got my land back and I have paid a debt that used to worry me a lot. I am so happy right now.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, am so grateful that I got an help from Give Directly and I love it because it is not a loan that I need to pay back. Everything went well with the program.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I used the transfer that I received to buy a cow for rearing and also paid school fees arrears for my grandchild.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is the great happiness of having owned again the piece of land I had already sold.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
receiving the money brougt alot of happiness in our family. It was so grrat seeing the promise made by GD coming to pass.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
After withdrawing the money I received from GD it was a coincidence that the small piece of land I had sold to a neighbor when I needed the school fees was being sold again. Since my child had completed his studies I decided to spent all the transfers in paying back to the neighbor in order to regain the land ownership.
