I spent my third transfer on paying for my wifes medical bills, I also bought sand and polls that I used in building a new house
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different because I was able to build a new house, I used to stay in a rental house previously at least now I have a home of my own
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
What Give Directly has done well is improving people's lives through sending cash directly to their recipients and they don't discriminate against their recipient, then the transfer doesn't have to go through a lot of channels in order to reach the actual recipient, I don't see what Give Directly hasn't done well

" I had been renting a house at our village market but after the transfer I built my own house where my family currently comfortably resides in. The remaining amount came in handy to pay for hospital bills when my wife delivered a baby as well as buy clothing for the newborn"

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I would like to use part of the money to build my own house to have somewhere to call home. Secondly l would wish to complete my course since I dropped out because of college fees. Finally l would like to open up a business for my wife to help substitute my source of income.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is that l have struggled and bought two cows of my own for future use.

My biggest hardship in life is unreliable source of income to sustain my family.

My happiest part of the day is in the morning when have got some casual jobs to knowing that I will get some money to buy food for my family.
