What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer to plaster the walls of my house at 19000 KES to make it more strong and attractive. I then paid school fees with 10000 KES for my child in secondary school so that he is not sent home for fees. I then used the balance to rent a garden near the lake to grow tomatoes.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I have been able to pay school fees for my children without stress and I also cleared a loan I had with a local lending firm, thus relieved me of the worries of having my belongings auctioned to re-pay the loan.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Give Directly enabled people to construct houses and paid school fees thus I can confidently say sending transfers directly to the recipients was a well thought idea that was equally implemented well.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I would like to use part of the money to pay school fees for my children who are in secondary school. Finally l would wish to hire a piece of land where l can do rice farming hopping to get good source of income.
