How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has changed because I have got my own land which I have cultivated in rice. In the past, I used my mother -in-laws land. In addition, We have started our own transportation business which is generating income for meeting family needs like treatment and food. Before, we used to just rent someone's motorbike.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirrctly has done well by helping clearing a debt and motorbike which is generating income for meeting family needs like food, treatment. GiveDirectly has not done anything wrong.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I have spent my second transfer on pestering my hut worth UGX 115,000, clothing/household goods 290,000. The recipient did also bought motorbike but did not know how much was spent by the spouse.
