My life is currently different because I managed to buy some dairy cows which I am now rearing in my homestead. I have been admiring from friends fir long and because of the poverty that had stricken my household, I could not afford to purchase one. Therefore getting the transfers enabled me to own them. These will be the well thoughtful assets that I will depend on just in case of any financial difficulties. This is because I will be getting milk that will be for my family consumption and the remaining litres for commercial purposes. The money that I will be getting from the sell of milk, will help me settle all my bills which include paying school fees and some other household expenses.

So far I am the happiest person on earth because my life is totally different from the day I owned a dairy cow and the goats. It has always been my desire to rear them for a long period of time but my income was low and I couldn't afford to buy any of them. I opted to buy them because of a few reasons. One, with goats, they always reproduce and mature faster compared to other livestock animals. This is a clear indication that I will have many of them within a short period of time. I plan to sell the offsprings once they mature and the money will be helping me in paying school fees for my four children. Secondly, with the dairy cow, I will be benefiting from the milk it produces. I will be using some and sell the rest in order to earn income. I will not be straining so hard in meeting my family basic needs as I used to do previously when I depended on casual jobs.

It was around 5: 30 am, when my phone rang continuously. I was preparing myself to go do my normal casual jobs. I decided to check who had sent the message during that time because my curiosity could not keep me calm. Upon reading it, I realized the message was from Give Directly. I used the remaining to buy other household items.
